The Sun is our most powerful celestial body in our solar system. It gives us life, warmth and food. Its the force that sustains us on Earth. The Sun is also the most pervasive influence among the celestial group. 

The Sun energy, is how others see you. The position of the Sun in your chart governs your individuality and your drive for goals in your life. 

Creativity is another great influence of the Sun.  Other people can feel your Sun energy just as you can feel the Sun’s warmth as you walk outside.

The Moon stands for infancy, childhood, dreams, memory, and inner psyche. Because the Moon holds dominion over emotional energy, it influences your receptivity to others and also how they feel about you. The Moon is an extremely important factor in love relationships. The Moon also represents safety and home. People with the Moon and Sun conjuncted in their birth chart, usually have a hard time keeping secrets.

Mars influences also bring strife, conflict, tension, anger, destruction, accidents and violence. The Mars energy hates to be ordered around. It also represents quickness and active energy. Mars may force you to be argumentative, and quarrelsome.

Jupiter is known as “The Greater Fortune”. Jupiter’s kingdom is luck, health, happiness, wealth, power, and high position. It rules over knowledge, higher learning, vision, and honesty. Its influence bestows a willingness to partake of life, to gather new experiences. The knowledge that Jupiter imparts is on a philosophical level. Jupiter represents how outgoing and gentle you are, whether you attract money and possessions, and in what career you will have the most luck.

Saturn is the planet of diligence, self-control, and limitation. Its domain is patience, stability, maturity, and realism. Its influence is stern and restrictive, cold and severe. 

Saturn is called the “Celestial Taskmaster”, for it teaches us the lessons we must learn in life. Saturn does not give us more than we can handle. Under Saturn’s influence, we achieve by overcoming obstacles and hardships.

Uranus relates to your inner will and your secret power. Uranus is a deep-seated energy within the personality, an unconscious purpose that is revealed over a lifetime.

Neptune is the planet of idealism and spirituality. Its realm is the subconscious world, hidden memory, intuition, and clairvoyance.
